All products can be returned. They should have their original packaging, labels, and tags intact. They should be unused and in saleable condition. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date. For all orders shipped but not accepted within India, you will have to send the products, as Poca Tela cannot arrange for pick-up in the case of international deliveries.
